FAQ
Questions installers actually ask.
Does it handle doors as well as windows?
Yes. Your catalogue isn't limited to windows — patio doors, entry doors, and any other product you sell price the same way.
What if my supplier's price list doesn't match a template?
Import is flexible, not a fixed template. It recognizes common header variations and only strictly needs a product name and a price — everything else is optional.
Can I edit a quote after I've sent it?
Yes — sending doesn't lock it. Reopen the job to make changes and resend. Once a customer has accepted, you'll unlock it the same way before editing, so accepted numbers never change by accident.
What happens if I lose signal mid-visit?
Everything autosaves as you measure, so a dead zone or a dropped connection never costs you the visit — it picks up where you left off once you're back online.
Does my customer need an account or an app?
No. They get a private link, review it, and accept from their phone — no account, no download.
Do I pay for my installers too?
No. Only the people writing quotes are billed. Installers are free, however many you have.
Who can see my prices?
Only the people you invite as quoting users. Installers can see the total on jobs they're assigned to, but not your catalogue or pricing setup.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancelling stops billing and access to quoting features, but your data isn't deleted — it stays in your account. Ask us to remove it and we will.
